The HR4 Residual Current Operated
Circuit Breaker is designed as a single
module unit of similar dimensions to a one
pole MCB, but with the added benefit of
switching both the live and neutral.
Its function is to protect single phase
applications against short circuit and
overload currents; earth leakage, direct and
indirect contact of ≥ 30mA.
It can be utilised in residential, commercial
and industrial situations.
Once commissioned the test button should
be pressed on a monthly basis to confirm
correct operation.
